**Application Rules/Recruitment Conditions:**

1. The applicant's age must be between 18 and 20 years for the Sepoy post and between 18 and 32 years for the Wireless Operator post as of August 31, 2025. Affidavits are not acceptable for age verification.

2. Applicants employed in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the relevant authorities and must present this permission letter during the oral examination.

3. The existing government rules and regulations and any applicable amendments will be followed in the recruitment process.

4. Candidates who pass the physical examination will be considered for subsequent (preliminary selection, written, and oral) examinations. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.

5. Any changes/amendments (if any) regarding the recruitment notice will be available on the Department of Narcotics Control's website (www.dnc.gov.bd).

6. If any information provided by the candidate or submitted documents is found to be false, forged, or fake, or if cheating or unfair means are used in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be canceled, and appropriate legal action will be taken against him/her.

7. Original copies of all certificates must be shown during the oral examination, and a print copy of the completed Application Form and 2 copies of passport-size photographs along with attested photocopies of all certificates must be submitted. The authorities reserve the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who passes the examination if false information/forged documents are presented.

8. Government's latest notification/policy regarding quota will be followed in the candidate selection process.

9. Citizenship certificate issued by the respective Union Parishad/Municipality/Cantonment Board/City Corporation must be submitted as proof of citizenship.

10. During the oral examination, original copies of certificates issued by the appropriate authorities for the children of freedom fighters/martyr freedom fighters/Biranganas/physically challenged and third-gender and minority ethnic group candidates must be shown and attested copies submitted, in accordance with the latest government notification/policy.

11. The recruiting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason and to partially/fully change/cancel this recruitment process and to reduce/increase the number of posts. The decision of the recruiting authority will be final in this recruitment.

**Application Form Filling Conditions:**

(a) Interested candidates will fill out the application form on the website http://dnc.teletalk.com.bd.

i. The start date and time for filling out the online application form and paying the examination fee is August 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

ii. The closing date and time for submitting the online application form is August 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

Candidates who receive the User ID within the stipulated time will submit the examination fee through SMS within the next 72 hours after submitting the online application form.

(b) The candidate will upload their signature (300x80 pixels) and color photograph (300x300 pixels) in the designated places in the online application form.

(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent processes, the candidate will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled in the online application form before submitting it. In case of re-filling, the candidate will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled in.

(d) The candidate will keep a print copy of the online application form as an aid in any need related to the examination.

**SMS Sending Rules and Examination Fee Payment:**

The examination fee of Tk 50 and service charge of Tk 6, totaling Tk 56, must be paid within 72 hours using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number by sending 2 SMS. It is important to note that even if all parts of the online application form are filled and submitted, the online application will not be accepted until the examination fee is paid.

**(DNC NOTICE) Obtaining Admit Card:**

Information regarding obtaining the admit card will be provided in due course through http://dnc.teletalk.com.bd or the Department of Narcotics Control's website (www.dnc.gov.bd) and via SMS to the candidate's mobile phone (only eligible candidates). Since all communication regarding the examination will be done through the online application form, it is advisable to keep the number active, read SMS, and follow the instructions received promptly.
