The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division, under the Ministry of ICT, is recruiting for 497 temporary positions in the Revenue Sector of the Department of ICT. The recruitment is being done directly through online application (http://doict.teletalk.com.bd). Applications are open for genuine Bangladeshi citizens meeting the specified criteria. The application process has begun and applications must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe. **Terms and Conditions for Application Form Completion and Examination Participation:**

(a) Affidavits are not acceptable for age verification.

(b) Candidates employed in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations must apply with permission from the relevant authorities and submit the original No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the employing authority during the oral examination.

(c) All educational qualifications, including the highest educational qualification, must be mentioned in the job application form (Applicant's Copy). Otherwise, if selected for the job, there will be no opportunity to include certificates of other educational qualifications earned before the job application beyond the qualifications mentioned in the application.

(d) Existing government rules and regulations will be followed in the recruitment process. Any subsequent amendments to these rules and regulations will also be followed.

(e) The government's latest amended quota system will be followed in the recruitment process. However, any subsequent amendments to these rules and regulations will be followed.

(f) No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for participating in the written and oral examinations.

(g) The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.

(h) The 'Information and Communication Technology Department (Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Officers and Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2015' and the 'Ministry or Division's Attached Department, Directorate and Office Common Post Recruitment Rules, 2019' will be followed in filling the vacant posts mentioned in this recruitment notification.

(i) No applications will be accepted except online.

(j) The decision of the recruiting authority will be final in any matter related to recruitment.

**Conditions Regarding Filling Out the Application Form for ICT Division Recruitment:**

(a) Interested candidates will fill out the application form on the website http://doict.teletalk.com.bd.

**Application Time Limit:**

(i) Start Date and Time for Online Application Form Filling and Examination Fee Submission: August 18, 2025; 10:00 AM.

(ii) Last Date and Time for Online Application Submission: September 17, 2025; 05:00 PM.

Candidates who receive a User ID within the given time limit must submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of online application submission.

(b) Candidates will scan their color photograph (300x300 pixels) and signature (300x80 pixels) and upload them to the designated places in the online application form. The size of the photo should be a maximum of 100KB, and the size of the signature should be a maximum of 60KB.

(c) Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent processes, candidates themselves should be 100% sure about the accuracy of all filled-in information before submitting the online application form.

(d) Candidates will keep a color print copy of the completed online application form as a handy reference for any examination-related needs and submit one copy during the oral examination.

**ICT Division SMS Sending Rules and Examination Fee Payment:**

Pay 50 Taka (examination fee) + 6 Taka (Teletalk service charge) = 56 Taka total, through two SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission.

Importantly, “Even if all parts of the online application form are filled and submitted, the online application form will not be accepted until the examination fee is paid.”

**SMS Sending Rules and Examination Fee Payment:**

First SMS: Type DoICT User ID and send to 16222. Example: DoICT ABCDEF and send to 16222.

Second SMS: Type DoICT YES PIN and send to 16222. Example: DoICT YES xxxxxxxxxx and send to 16222.

**Information on Obtaining the ICT Admit Card:**

Information about obtaining the admit card will be provided in due course through http://doict.teletalk.com.bd, the website of the Department of ICT: www.doict.gov.bd, the website of the ICT Division: www.ictd.gov.bd, and via SMS to eligible candidates' mobile phones. All communication regarding the examination will be done through the mobile number provided by the candidate in the online application form; therefore, it is advisable to keep the number active, read the relevant SMS, and follow the instructions promptly.

**For recovering User ID and Password:**

(i) If User ID is known: DoICT Help User User ID & Send to 16222. Example: DoICT HELP USER ABCDEF and Send to 16222.

(ii) If PIN Number is known: DoICT HelpPIN PIN No & Send to 16222. Example: DoICT HELP PIN 12345678 and Send to 16222.

**ICT Ministry's Verification of Candidate's Eligibility:**

If any information provided by the candidate or any submitted document is found to be forged, false, or fake, or if cheating or unfair means are used in the examination, the candidature of the relevant candidate will be canceled, and appropriate legal action will be taken against them. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who passes the examination if false information/forged documents are presented. The following original documents must be presented and one attested photocopy (attested by a first-class gazetted officer) of each must be submitted during the oral examination:

(a) 02 (two) recently taken color passport-size attested photographs;

(b) Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates);

(c) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Mayor of the Municipality/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation/Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment Board of the Union/Municipality/City Corporation/Cantonment Board where the candidate resides;

(d) Applicants claiming to be the children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/biranganas must submit attested copies of their parents' freedom fighter/freedom fighter (birangana) certificates. In this case, any of the following will be considered acceptable as a certificate:

(i) Father/Mother's freedom fighter/freedom fighter (birangana) certificate issued by the Ministry of Liberation War as per the notification no. Mu: Bi: Mo: /Sonod-1/Pro-1/2002/02 dated 26.02.2002 of the Ministry of Liberation War; or

(ii) Father/Mother's freedom fighter certificate issued by the Muktijoddha Sangsad and countersigned by the Head of Government from 1997 to 2001 as per the notification no. Mubim/Sonod-1/Pro-3/31/02/140 dated 01.02.2009 of the Ministry of Liberation War;

(e) Candidates in the quota for physically challenged persons must submit an identity card (ID card) issued by the District Social Welfare Office/Upazila Social Welfare Office/City Social Welfare Office under the Department of Social Services, and in the case of third-gender candidates, an attested copy of the certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon of the respective district must be submitted;

(f) Candidates from minority ethnic communities must submit a certificate issued by the respective District Commissioner;

(g) If a candidate claims that a degree obtained from abroad is equivalent to any educational qualification mentioned alongside the mentioned post, he/she must submit the original and attested copy of the equivalence certificate issued by the relevant equivalence committee during the oral examination;

(h) Character certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Mayor of the Municipality/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation/First Class Gazetted Officer;

(i) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate (where applicable);

(j) Copy of the online application form (Applicant's copy).

The schedule for the written and oral examinations will be published on the websites www.doict.gov.bd and www.ictd.gov.bd. No separate admit card/interview letter will be sent for the oral examination. The admit card for the written examination will be considered as the admit card for the oral examination.

**Declaration:** Candidates must declare in the declaration section of the application form that all information provided by them in the application form is correct and true. If the information provided is found to be false or untrue, or if any ineligibility is detected, or if any fraud or corruption is resorted to or if any unfair means are used in the examination, the candidature will be canceled before or after the examination, even at any stage of the recruitment, and legal action may be taken against the relevant candidate.

Note: It is advisable to fill out the online application form and submit the application fee with sufficient time in hand, without waiting for the last date and time.
